NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Belweder Limited has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Belweder, address 8 Great George Street ,Weymouth DT4 8NN.

The proposed licensable activity is:

Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 9:00- 21:00, Sunday 11:00- 18:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing , Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 30-05-2013.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
