Fishguard, Temporary Traffic Notice

Notice ID: WOR2628335

Notice effective from
1st February 2023 to 3rd March 2023

GORCHYMYN SIR BENFRO
(HAMILTON STREET A KENSINGTON STREET, ABERGWAUN)

(GWAHARDD TRAFFIG CERBYDOL DROS DRO) 2023

Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd
(Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol i gyfyngu ar fynediad o’r ffyrdd sirol i ffordd yr A487(T) Abergwaun i Aberteifi tra bo gwaith ail-wynebu’r gerbytffordd yn cael ei wneud.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd yr holl draffig cerbydol dros dro, oni bai am gerbydau esempt, rhag mynd ar hyd y rhannau hynny o ffordd a bennir yn yr atodlen i’r hysbysiad hwn.

Bydd y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig yn cael ei bennu a’i arwyddo’n briodol wrth i’r gwaith fynd rhagddo.

Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffyrdd ar gau.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd, yn dod i rym ddydd Sul 19 Chwefror 2023 am dri diwrnod (gall y cyfnod hwn newid yn dibynnu ar y cynnydd yn y gwaith).

Bydd y gorchymyn un ffordd ar gyfer Kensington Street yn cael ei atal dros dro yn ystod y gwaith yn yr ardal honno er mwyn galluogi mynediad a ffordd allan i eiddo sydd wedi’i leoli ar ei hyd, lle bo hynny’n ymarferol.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

Dyddiedig y diwrnod 1af hwn o Chwefror 2023
