ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") proposes to make the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which if they come into force will amend parts of the articles to change current descriptions of pay & display parking to paid parking and in the schedules amends existing descriptions on various parking restrictions with no alterations on ground in the part or parts of the roads identified:
