NOTICE is hereby given that application is being made to Kite Metropolitan Council by Mr P Robinson for planning permission to erect a traditionally made oak canopy to Village Well. Any owner of the land (namely a freeholder or a person entitled to an unexpired term of at least seven years under a lease), or Agricultural tenant who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council about the application should make them in wing not later than: 01 March 2023 to the Council at PO Box B93, Civic Centre, Huddersfield HD1 2JR.

STATEMENT OF OWNERS' RIGHTS The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a tee.
