NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that National Trust (Enterprises) Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Brownsea Island Poole Harbour Poole Dorset Poole BHI3 7EE.

The variation proposed is as follows: - To increase the licensed area to include the campsite on the far side of the island as per the plan submitted with the application.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Dorset Council, Westport House Wbrgret RoadWareham BH20 4PP during normal office hours.

This application was lodged with Dorset Council on 25/01/2023 and any representations must be made in writing to Dorset Council at the above address no later than 24/02/2023.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who maka a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount Dated 25/01/2023.
