Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Cove Communities Venture 2 Solway Opco Limited in respect of Premises known as Solway Holiday Village, Skinburness Road, Silloth, Cumbria, CA7 4QQ applied to Allerdale Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to amend the layout plans to incorporate works already carried out by previous operators which require approval and to include changes as shown on the layout plans attached in line with works proposed by the new Operators; remove reference to the names of each room under the hours for licensable activities on the current Premises Licence; amend hours for the current Peg's Kitchen to Monday to Sunday 1000 to 0200 the following morning for all licensable activities; to add Late Night Refreshment indoors Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0200 the following morning and outdoors Monday to Sunday 2300 to 2330; to add regulated entertainment outdoors Monday to Sunday 1000 to 2300; to amend the sale of alcohol to be permitted both indoors and outdoors; to permit the sale of alcohol off the premises for the shop only Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2200; to extend the opening hours from 0900 to 0230 the following morning (to allow for a drinking up time, currently not included) and remove all current conditions to be replaced with up to date and more appropriate conditions for a holiday park as discussed with the authorities.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, Allerdale Borough Council, Allerdale House, Workington, CAl4 3YJ, no later than 21 st February 2023 stating the grounds for representation.
