Darlington Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022 Footpath 4, Piercebridge

Darlington Borough Council made an Order on 26th April 2022, under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which was to close:

FOOTPATH 4, PIERCEBRIDGE From its junction at the B6275 adjacent the Fox Hole PH north westwards to its junction with the A67 Gainford Road The Order is necessary due to the condition of the bridge.

As the works are still ongoing the Secretary of
State for Transport has granted an extension
of the Order until 5th August 2023 or until
such time as the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
