Darlington Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Road Closure) 2023 Dene Grove And Bracken Raod, Darlington

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily close:

DENE GROVE
From its junction with Woodland Road northwards for 40metres

BRACKEN ROAD
From its junction with Woodland Road northwards for 40metres

An alternative route will be signed via Pierremont Road, Orchard Road and vice versa.

The Order is necessary to allow works to replace a gas main by Northern Gas Networks.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 6" February 2023, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 weeks.
