The County Council of Durham (Unclassified 43.10 Bradbury to Copelaw) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023

The Council on 20/1/23 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 1.9 kilometre length of Unclassified road 43.10 between Grove Farm and Lhtle Isle Farm, Bradbury to enable water main renewal works to be undertaken. An alternative route will not be available to vehicular traffic but access will be afforded where required at site manager discretion. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 30/1/23 and are anticipated to be completed in 6 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
