Notice Of Application For Agrant Of Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

Umer Nazir applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 21st October 2022 for a licence to use the premises at 42-44 Station Road, Burley In Wharfedale LS29 7NE for the sale by retail of alcohol / provision of regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 12pm til 10pm.

Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, 3rd Floor Argus Chambers Bradford, BD1 1HX by 13.02.2023. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine. Dated 23rd January 2023.
