(Bridleway 20 Ashingdon and Bridleway 35 Hawkwell)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that further to a notice on the 06 January 2023, the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14(1).
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Bridleway 20 Ashingdon from its junction with Footpath 43, south to its junction with Bridleway 35 Hawkwell. Bridleway 35 Hawkwell from its junction with Bridleway 20, south for a distance of approximately 15 metres to its junction with a permissive footpath.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 28 January 2023 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public, as a result of undermining of the Bridleway by badgers.
The alternative route for pedestrians only is via a permissive path and Footpath 26, Hawkwell. The alternative route for Horse riders and cyclists is via Bridleway 35 Hawkwell, Byway 39 Hawkwell, Bridleway 42 Hawkwell, Bridleway 31 Ashingdon, Bridleway 43 Ashingdon, Bridleway 43 Hawkwell, and Bridleway 43 Ashingdon.
The Order will come into effect on 28 January 2023 and may continue in force for six months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State if an extension is required.
(Church Road, Ramsden Heath/Wickford)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Heath/Wickford in the City of Chelmsford and Borough of Basildon, from the junction with Downham Road to the junction with London Road a distance of approximately 3360m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Chelmsford City) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restrictions and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 20th February 2023 for 19 days, or
where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2337666 - Essex County Council).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce
while drainage improvement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via London Road, High Street, The Broadway, Swan Lane,
Brock Hill, Sudbury Road, School Road, Downham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for
18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fairmead Avenue, Benfleet)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fairmead Avenue, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 100m east of its junction with Moorcroft Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st February 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30027886817 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Haresland Close, Bramble Road, Daws Heath Road and vice versa (with access only into Fairmead Avenue and Lansdown Avenue).
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Fernlea Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Mount Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Fernlea Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a northerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 20th February 2023 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001204161 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Underhill Road, Hill Road, Southwell Road and vice versa (with access only into Fernlea Road and Mount Road).
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Underhill Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a northerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th February 2023 for 54 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001204121 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Hill Road and vice versa (with access only into Southwell Road, Fernlea Road and Underhill Road).
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Underhill Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 180m north east of its junction with Avenue Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a north easterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Mount Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Underhill Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a northerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 20th February 2023 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001204124 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon, as detailed in the Schedule.
The works are scheduled to commence after 2nd February 2023, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services.
Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting and chamber installation works are undertaken by Virgin Media.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on those lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of roads in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on those lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4.
