(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 105m north east of its junction with Atlas Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th February 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010692603 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Brook Street, Halstead Road, Fenn Road, Colchester Road, Parley Beams, Stonebridge Hill and vice versa (with access only into Station Road).

The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Head Street, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 65m north east of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th February 2023 for 2 nights (20:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001192534 - Cadent).

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Head Street, Hedingham Road, Halstead Road -A1124, Halstead Road, Swan Street, Yeldham Road, Poole Street, High Street, Bridge Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Market Hill, Sudbury Road, Collins Road, Catley Cross, Long Gardens, Sudbury Road - Bulmer Tye - A131, Bulmer Tye, Ballingdon Hill, Ballingdon Street, Cross Street, Stour Street, Gregory Street, Gainsborough Road, Melford Road, A134 Long Melford Bypass, Westgate Street, Windmill Hill, Clare Road, Lower Road, The Green, Cavendish Road, Stoke Road, Moor Hall Road, Lower Green, School Green, The Street, Chapel Street, Baythorne End, Mill Road, Ridgewell Road, Four Ash Hill, The Causeway, Chapel Road, Church Road, Crouch Green and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street/Cross End, Pebmarsh)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street/Cross End, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 85m north east of its junction with Hill House Road for a distance of approximately 250m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th February 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005WDKD9W8Y - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via The Street, Hill House Road, Clay Hills, Oak Road, Twinstead Road, Cripple Corner, Cross End and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tidings Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 25m south west of its junction with Kings Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2023 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001194377 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via White Horse Avenue, Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Head Street, Colchester Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
