Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Biogen (UK) Ltd for: Continued operation of anaerobic digestion plant without compliance with condition 2 (approved details) and condition 4 (hours of operation) attached to permission ref. ESS/69/19/BTE to allow construction of 8 HGV parking spaces and bin storage area at: Biogen Anaerobic Digestion Facility, Fifth Avenue, Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Halstead, CO9 2SZ - ESS/09/23/BTE
