(Footpath 52, Maldon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 52, Maldon in the District of Maldon, Closure of the entire length of Footpath 52, (total length 205 metres) from its junction with Footpath 1 (North) to its junction with Limebrook Way (South).
The closure is scheduled to commence on 06 February 2023 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while maintenance and works to upgrade the footpath are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Footpath 1, Maldon -Brompton Gardens - Minster Way - Limebrook Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 06 February 2023 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fitchs Crescent, Maldon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Fitchs Crescent, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its northernmost junction with Park Drive for a distance of approximately 90m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Fitchs Crescent, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its southernmost junction with Park Drive for a distance of approximately 70m in a south westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 20th February 2023 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (C6010MAL-087 - Swish Fibre Ltd) (one closure at a time).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while excavation works are undertaken by Swish Fibre Ltd.
No alternative route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(King Street, Maldon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of King Street, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Queen Street to its junction with Cross Road a distance of approximately 280m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th February 2023 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (C6010MAL-054 - Swish Fibre Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway excavation works are undertaken by Swish Fibre Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Cross Road, Wantz Road, Queen Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lodge Lane, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lodge Lane, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 390m south west of its junction with Chelmsford Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a north westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd February 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M69602 - Essex And Suffolk Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fire hydrant replacement works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Lodge Lane, Walton Hall Lane, Mill Hill, The Glebe, Pump Lane, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
