Proposed Development Land Off Shinehill Lane, South Littleton

An application for outline planning permission for an affordable housing scheme (up to 25 dwellings) associated works including infrastructure, open space, landscaping and the construction of new vehicular and pedestrian access off Shinehill Lane, South Littleton is currently being prepared. As a part of this the views of local people are being sought on the proposals.
