Two Castles Housing Association on behalf of themselves and as a central purchasing body for Berwick Borough Housing Limited, Three Rivers Housing Association Limited, Four Housing Group Limited and North Star Housing Group Limited wish to procure contactor services for the delivery of responsive and void maintenance work to their housing portfolio over 9 Lots, as detailed in the OJEU Notice 2013/S 091 - 155273
The work is to be delivered in the following areas;

• Northumberland
• Tyne Valley & Wearside
• Durham & Hartlepool
• Teesside & Yorkshire
• Darlington & Dales
