Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U72621, Lftmarsh Road, Marden, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U72621, Litmarsh Road, Marden, adjacent to 'The Paddocks'. Grid Ref: 352840/249937. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Urdimarsh Road onto the C1120 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to new service connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 20th of February 2023 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
