THE GLA ROADS AND GLA SIDE ROADS. BARNET RED ROUTE CONSOLIDATION TRAFFIC ORDER 2008 A406 GLA SIDE ROAD CHARTER WAY VARIATION ORDER 2023
1. Transport for London, hereby gives notice that on 19th January 2023 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 27th January 2023.
2. The general nature and effect of the Order is to introduce double red line restrictions, No Stopping at Any Time, on Charter Way and the unnamed on-slip road connecting it with A406 North Circular Road between their junctions with A406 North Circular Road and a point 50 metres north-east of the extended north-easternmost building line of Nos. 23 to 28 Kinloss Court, North Circular Road.
3. The roads which would be affected by the Order are the A406 GLA Side Road - Charter Way in the London Borough of Barnet.
4. A copy of the Order, a Statement of Reasons, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be requested via email at trafficordersection@tfl,gov.uk, or by post at the below address quoting ref: NP/REGULATION/STOT/OM/TRO.GLA/2023/0102.

4. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
