LICENSING ACT 2003 NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Nigel Bloxham has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Ferry Bridge Boat Yard Cafe, Ferry Bridge Boat Yard, Portland Rd. DT4 9JZ.

The proposed licensable activities are:

To operate licenced premises in and from a portable cabin building formally operated as Ferry Bridge Cafe, for serving of food and drink from 8am until 12 midnight, 7 days in Summer, less in Winter.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 25 - 5 -13.

The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
