Licensing Act 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Sutton to vary the Premises Licence for the Ebb & Flow at 59-61 High Street, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1DT. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To extend the hours for all licensable activities (save for provision of dance) and sale of alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays to 09:00 to 02:00.
2. To extend the hours for late night refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays to 23:00 to 02:00.

3. To extend the opening hours of the premises to 08:00 to 02:30. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14 February 2023 (

) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maxi -mum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
