Proposed development at: Palmerston Way Battersea London SW8 4AJ; 1-3 Havelock Terrace Battersea London SW8 4AS; The Pavilion Public House 1 Bradmead London SW8 4AG; and Flanagan's of Battersea Public House 133 Battersea Park Road London SW8 4AG (Site known as 'Palmerston Court') We give notice that: Urbanest UK Battersea Limited Is applying to The London Borough of Wandsworth to make non-material amendments to a planning permission as follows: "Application under Section 98A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for Non-Material Amendments to planning permission reference 2020/2837 dated 8 March 2021 (RN: 2020/2837) to allow for amendments to the wording of planning condition 35 (b) to allow for an "Excellent" BREEAM Shell and Core (Post Construction) rating for the EBU".

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
