Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blake Hall Road/ Greensted Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Epping Road to the junction with Pensons Lane a distance of approximately 1765m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st February 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD3G234GA, B, C & WDB3G234G - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground civils works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Four Wantz Roundabout, High Street, The Borough, Greensted Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Bournebridge Lane, Stapleford Abbotts) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bournebridge Lane, Stapleford Abbotts in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Stapleford Road to its junction with Hook Lane a distance of approximately 2345m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2335687 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coopersale Lane, Theydon Garnon/Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Hobbs Cross Road to the junction with Abridge Road a distance of approximately 1670m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th February 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2338659 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Abridge Road, Epping Lane, Hobbs Cross Road and vice versa.

(Copthall Green, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Copthall Green, Waltham Abbey in the Epping Forest from a point approximately 395m southeast of its junction with Long Street for a distance of approximately 55m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC412CHKNONSAWD6T0M4T -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via High Road, Wake Arms Roundabout, Jacks Hill, Woodridden Hill, Woodgreen Road (with access only into Horseshoe Hill, Copthall Green, Crown Hill) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd February 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 2nd February 2023, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Brook Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road to its junction with The Cedars a distance of approximately 295m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Hills Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a southeasterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 6th February 2023 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30024894870 & EC30015516903 -UK Power Networks). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Shellow Road, Willingale in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 915m east then southeast of its junction with Beech Road for a distance of approximately 350m in a northeasterly then easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30090214213 - UK Power Networks).
