London Borough Of Brent Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) Footpath No. 86 Linking London Road To Lyon Park Avenue (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 201*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate maintenance and associated works to the Footbridge (Footpath No. 86) linking London Road to Lyon Park Avenue, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit pedestrians from entering or proceeding in that length of Footpath No. 86 which lies between a point 20.00 metres south-west of a point opposite the south­western building line of Nos. 174/176 London Road and a point opposite the south-western boundary of No. 83 Lyon Park Avenue, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibition referred to above would apply between 21st February 2023 and 22nd February 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Pedestrians affected by the prohibition referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
