Britannia Road, Variation of Premises Licensing.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A VARIATION OFA PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Ltd have applied to the Trafford Council on 17th January 2023 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the:
Kings Ransom, Britannia Road, Safe, Cheshire, M33 2AB.
To remove the following:
The premises will operate a strict no under 21's policy (other than members of staff) on Friday's and Saturday's (plus Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve) and there shall be no under 21's on the premises from 9:00pm until close (except where licensable activities cease at 11:00pm.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14th February 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Public Protection, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stratford, M32 0YZ, licensing@trafford.gov.uk.
A record of the application may be inspected at me offices of Licensing, Public Protection, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stratford, M32 0YZ, licensing@trafford.gov.uk., during normal office hours.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum Fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
