NOTICE is hereby given that I, Crystle Limited, Applied on 17/01/23 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: 60 Broad Road, Sale, M33 2BE under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:The sale of alcohol between the hours of 8.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday.

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
