An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a Discharge of Site Drainage into a Waterway arising from premises situated at Lisnaskea Household Recycling Centre, Killypaddy, Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 0EX.
