ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan y Ddeddf,
neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw offeryn a
wneir oddi tani mewn perthynas S'r gorchymyn, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn
o fewn chwe wythnos i'r dyddiad y gwnaed y gorchymyn.

The County Of Pembroke (Various Roads, Carnhedryn, St Davids) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 24th day of January 2023 Pembrokeshire County Council made an Order under Section 84 and part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"). The effect of the Order will be to impose a 40mph limit through the junction as specified in the Schedule to this order. The order will come into force on the 3rd day of March 2023 a copy of which together with a map showing the lengths of road affected, may be viewed on line at wv\w.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/TRO-public-notices

Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision
contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act,
or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it
has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date on
which the Order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
