Temporary Traffic Order -Manor Hill, Brighton
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Roac Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect-la) The temporary one-way closure of Manor
Hill, Brighton, to southbound traffic, between the racecourse tracks and the junction with Whitehawk Crescent (b) The temporary banned right turns from Maresfield Road, Brighton and Cowfold Road, Brighton, onto Manor Hill, Brighton
2. The Order is necessary to allow City Fibre's contractors to install new Fibre Optic duct in the highway.
3. Pedestrian access willbe maintained and a signed diversion for vehicular traffic will be in place via Freshfield Road - Eastern Road -Church Place - Manor Road - Manor Hill.
4. This Order comes into force on 6th February 2023 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 24th February 2023.
