Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Traffic Order -Albany Villas, Hove

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Councilhave on the 18 January 2023 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary closure of Albany Villas, outside number 38 for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
2. The Order is necessary to allow a sewer connection to be carried out.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 30 January 2023 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
