HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE PAY TO PARK & NO LOADING AT ANY TIME -HAMPDEN ROAD & WIGHTMAN ROAD N8 THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.***) ORDER 202* THE HARINGEY (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. ***) ORDER 202* T02
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. THE GENERAL EFFECT OF THE ORDERS will be to introduce:
(a) 3 Pay by Phone Parking bays operating Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm on the north side of Hampden Road N8 adjacent to the Mosque measuring 5.50 metres in length each. Max stay 3hrs no return in 1 hr. Tariff £3.30 per hour.
(b) No Loading at Any Time on the north side of Hampden Road N8 at its junction with Wightman Road N8, west for 8 metres.
(c) No Loading at Any Time on the south side of Hampden Road N8 at its junction with Wightman Road N8, west for 16.81 metres.
(d) No Loading at Any Time on the west side of Wightman Road N8 outside the Mosque and Haringey Grove Community Centre, a distance of 51.1 metres.
(e) To convert the existing Permit Holders Parking bays to shared use Permit Holders Parking/Pay by Phone Parking bays on the south side of Denmark Road N8 adjacent to Haringey Grove Community Centre. Pay by Phone will operate Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm Max stay 3hrs no return in 1 hr. Tariff £3.30 per hour.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders is made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send grounds for their objection via the online portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey or alternatively email traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk or write to Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 4th floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR quoting reference 2023-T02, by 15th February 2023.
