1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 20* January 2023 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

2. The General Effects of the Orders would be:

(i) To extend existing Disabled Parking Bays so that they measure a length of 6.6 metres, outside (unless otherwise stated) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;

(ii) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) of this notice;

(iii) To relocate the existing bikehanger 2.5 metres north west on Bradley Road N22 adjacent to No.64 Station Road to accommodate extension of Disabled Parking Bay.

(vi) To remove the Single Yellow line outside No.119 Effingham Road N8 and extend the adjacent permit parking.

(vii) To remove the Single Yellow Line outside No.27 Hewitt Avenue and extend the adjacent Resident Permit Parking.

(vii) Make the following map-based changes (no physical changes to be made on site);
a) To revoke the Single Yellow Line on Cornwall Avenue N22 outside the common boundary of No.5/7.

b) Relocate the Disabled Parking Bay, Single Yellow Line and Resident Permit Parking on Crescent Road 15 adjacent to the flank wall of No.29 Carlingford Road by 5 metres by shortening the Double Yellow Line.

c) Extend the Double Yellow Line outside No.146 Gladstone Avenue N22 by 2 metres.

d) Remove the Disabled Parking Bay outside No.191 Gladstone Avenue N22

e) Extend the Double Yellow Line outside No.139 Hewitt Avenue N22 by 1 metre.

f) Shorten the Double Yellow Line, relocate the Resident Permit Parking and Disabled Parking Bay between Nos. 225-229 5 metres further southwards on Wightman Road N8 and reinstate 5.5 metres of Double Yellow Line outside No.231/233.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1" March 2023.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
