N18, Change to Parking Permit Places

CHANGE TO PERMIT PARKING PLACES IN DENTON ROAD N18, GIFFARD ROAD N18, PLOWMAN CLOSE N18, STATHAM GROVE N18 and WEIR HALL ROAD N18 IN SPURS EVENT DAY CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE and LANCASTER ROAD N18 IN NORTH MIDDX CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make the Enfield (Event Day) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 202* and the Enfield (Residents' and Shared-Use Parking Places) (Upper Edmonton) (No.1) Order 202* and under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:
(a) amend permit parking places in Denton Road, Giffard Road, Plowman Close, Statham Grove and Weir Hall Road within the Spurs Event Day Controlled Parking Zone to incorporate cycle storage facilities; and
(b) amend the permit parking place in Lancaster Road N18 within North Middx Controlled Parking Zone to incorporate cycle storage facility.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am - 5pm inclusive.

4. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make any other representations must do so by 15 February 2023. Any such objection or any representation must be in writing, quoting reference TG52/1521, and must state the grounds on which it is made.
