Woodland Way N21 - Revocation Of Resident Parking Place & New 'At Any Time' And '10.30-11.30am Monday To Friday' Waiting Restrictions

1.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* and the Enfield (Residents Parking Places) (Winchmore Hill) (No. *) Traffic Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Waiting & Loading Traffic Order would be to introduce new waiting restrictions that operate:

(i) 'At any time' in:-
(a) Chase Side Crescent EN2, both sides at its junction with Gordon Road, an additional 2.5 metres;

(b) Dujardin Mews EN3, at the cul-de-sac end of the road;

(c) Hunting Gate Close EN2, both sides from its junction with Slades Rise north-eastwards for approx.50 metres;

(d) Roedean Close EN3, both sides from its junction with Roedean Road eastwards for appox. 27 metres;

(e) Roedean Road EN3, east side, at its junction with Roedean Close;

(f) Windmill Hill, north side, west of its junction with Chase Court Gardens, additional 'At any time' restrictions on north side;

(g) Woodland Way N21, east side, south of the junction with Downes Court

(h) Woodcraft N21, both sides at its junction with Woodland Way (ii) 'Wednesday 7 am to 12 noon' in Birkbeck Road EN2,

west side, opposite junction with Woodbine Grove; (iii) Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30 am' in sections of Woodland Way south of the junction with Downes Court.
3. The general effect of the Residents Parking Places Traffic Order will be to revoke a resident parking place in Woodlands Way.

A copy of the proposed Orders, plans and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am - 5pm inclusive. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders, or make any other representations in respect of them should send a statement in writing to that effect, and in the case of an objection stating the grounds thereof, to the Head of Traffic and Transportation, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD, or to
