NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is to consult on the Lemsford Draft Character Assessment. The document identifies the special character and appearance of the area and the main features of special architectural and historic interest. It recommends that Lemsford is designated as a conservation area and proposes a conservation area boundary.
