Notification Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Shepherd Neame Ltd of 17 Court Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7AX has applied to the Licensing Authority at Bromley Council to vary the Premises Licence for The Crown Inn, School Road, Chislehurst, BR7 5PQ as follows: alterations to existing plans to include an outside bar. Bar to operate 12-9pm daily. Details of the application may be inspected during office hours at Bromley Council, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3HU.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to Licensing Services Bromley Council, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3HU. This notice remains in force for 28 consecutive days; the last date for objections is 15th February 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
