Proposed development at: 22 Farr Hall Drive, Heswall, CH60 4SH Take notice that application is being made by: Hassett Homes Ltd For planning permission to: "Demolition of the existing dwelling and replacement with 6 apartments together with associated bin store, access, landscaping, parking and all other associated works" Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted:- Wirral Council, PO Box 290, Wallasey, CH27 9FQ.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
