Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

(Householder application). Application No. 36/23/00002 & 36/23/00003 Stowey Court, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1LL. Erection of detached stables & tennis court (revised scheme). This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. Application No. 37/23/00003: 4 Sunnybrow Close, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA6 6QU. Erection of a single storey extension to the North elevation. This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application). For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
