THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council has made the following Orders:-

THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH BB10 (PART), WALL, BEMBRIDGE, ISLE OF WIGHT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER N01 2023
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that from 0800 hours on Friday 20th January for 6 months or when works have been completed, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any pedestrian to proceed along the part of Public Footpath BB10 between its junction with path BB43 and its junction with path BB13.

During the period of closure, the alternative route will be the seawall and steps to Forelands Field Road. The closure is necessary due the likelihood of danger to the public due to an unsafe retaining wall that is awaiting repair.

THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH BB10 (PART), FORELANDS, BEMBRIDGE, ISLE OF WIGHT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER N0 1 2023
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that from 0800 hours on Friday 20th January for 6 months or when works have been completed, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any pedestrian to proceed along the part of Public Footpath BB10 between its junction with path BB14 and its junction at the car parking area at the end of Forelands Field Road.

During the period of closure, the alternative route will be Forelands Field Road, Howgate Road and path BB14. The closure is necessary due the likelihood of danger to the public due to a landslip.

THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH BS1 (PART), SHEPHERDS CHINE, ISLE OF WIGHT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER N0 1 2023
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that from 0800 hours on Friday 20th January for 6 months or when works have been completed, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any pedestrian to proceed along the part of Public Footpath BS1 between its junction with path SW25 and its junction with paths BS2/BS3.

During the period of closure, the alternative route will be Military Road / Military Road verge. The closure is necessary due the likelihood of danger to the public due to unsafe ground conditions.

THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH SS2 (PART), LUCCOMBE, ISLE OF WIGHT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER N0 1 2023
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that from 0800 hours on Friday 20th January for 6 months or when works have been completed, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any pedestrian to proceed along the part of Public Footpath SS2 between its junction with Ash Grove and its junction with path SS3a.

During the period of closure, the alternative route will be Ash Grove and Public Footpaths SS88, SS5 and SS4. The closure is necessary due the likelihood of danger to the public due to a landslip.
