Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Bumham-on-Sea and Highbridge Temporary Closure of Adam Street

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Adam Street - from the junction with Hight Street eastwards.for a total distance of 34 metres. This Order will enable Bristol Water to replace stop tap. The Order becomes effective on 7th Febrary 2023 and will remain in force for 18 months.

The works are expected to commence on 13th February 2023 and last until 15th February 2023 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days. Please visit
