District of Sedgemoor Parish of North Petherton Temporary Closure of Cliff Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Cliff Road - from the junction with Melcombe Lane to the junction with Hulkshay Lane. A total distance of 194 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace a chamber and cover. The Order becomes effective on 24th January 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 31st January 2023 and last until 3rd February 2023 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 4 days.
