Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1234 Bagwyllydiart Farm To Little Hill Road, Orcop, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1234 Bagwyllydiart Farm To Little Hill Road, Orcop, outside 'Burhope Farm'. Grid Ref: 345478/226689. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U71418 onto the C1236, onto the C1238 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to meter replacement works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on Sth of February 2023 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
