THE ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES AND CHARGES)
(HELENSBURGH) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 202
Following a parking review and public consultation exercise, Argyll and Bute Council proposes to introduce new and make amendments to the some of the existing parking restrictions in Helensburgh. The proposals are as follows:-
1) Introduce free parking charges for first 2 hours in Pier Car Park Helensburgh.
2) Inclusion of the full Pier Car Park within the order to allow control of its use. Full details of these proposals together with Plans, and a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make this Traffic Regulation Order, are available for inspection during normal office hours Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of:
i) Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre, East Clyde Street, Helensburgh; (ii)Argyll and Bute Council Offices, Kilmory, Lochgilphead. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection in writing to the Head of Governance and Law, Argyll and Bute Council, Kilmory, Lochgilphead, Argyll, PA31 8RT, by 10 February 2023.
