TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at site bound by Cheapside Street/ Piccadilly Street/Warroch Street/Anderston Quay Glasgow for Erection of mixed-use development comprising residential flats and purpose built student accommodation with ancillary facilities and services and commercial units with potential for Retail (Class 1), Food and Drink (Class 3), Business (Class 4), Assembly and Leisure (Class 11), landscaping/public realm, formation of access, car parking and associated works.
A series of consultation events are being held by Baird Limited (Dandara Ltd). Two in-person consultation events will be carried out. An initial round of consultation will be held on 31st January 2023 between 2pm and 7pm at Summix 2 Central Quay, 98 Hydepark Street, Glasgow, G3 8BW
