To Whom It May Concern I Henry Danter Do Hereby Give Notice That I Have Applied To The Licensing Authority (Vale Of Glamorgan Council) For The Grant Of A Premises Licence

to sell Alcohol, refreshments and to provide live music at The Showman Bar and the Rock and Roll Bar, Friars Road, Barry Island, formerly known as Teddy Ts American Diner and the Rumba. The hours of opening are from 10 am to 11 pm Monday to Sunday with occasional extentions to 12 pm on seasonal weekends and bank holidays.

Any Persons Wishing To Make Representations To This Application May Do So In Writing To The Licensing Department, Vale Of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, Or By Email To Licencing@Valeofglamorgan.Gov.Uk Not Later Than 28 Days After The Date Of This Notice. Representations Received After This Date Will Not Be Considered. A Copy Of The Application Can Be Viewed At The Civic Offices During Normal Office Hours. It Is An Offence Knowingly Or Recklessly To Make A False Statement In Connection With This Application.

The Maximum Fine On Summary Conviction Being £5,000. Signed
