Proposed development at 147 Cherry Tree Avenue, Waterlooville, Hampshire PO8 8AX. Take notice that application is being made by Mr David Wiley for planning permission to split of existing property to become two separate dwellings. Original house to revert to a two-bedroom dwelling and the two-storey side extension and out-buildings to become a one-bedroom dwelling.
