The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Gorelands Lane, Chalfont St Giles) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2023 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Gorelands Lane for 286 metres. Alternative route: Vache Lane, Amersham Road, London Road, Gravel Hill, Joiners Lane, Denham Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a sewer connection takes place commencing on 23 January 2023 for 24hrs each day. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 January 2023, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
