Application has been made by Portobello Starboard Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Brighton & Hove City Council to vary the Premises Licence for The Brighton Beach Club, Milk Maid Pavilion, Kings Road, Brighton BN1 2LN.
The application is to: extend the sale of alcohol until midnight Monday to Saturday and 2330 on Sunday; permit late night refresh-ment for the same hours and to remove existing conditions and replace them with conditions which are more robust and clear as detailed in the application.The additional hours will only be permitted in the restaurant on the Upper Ground Floor as ancillary to a meal or for pre-booked functions. In all other circumstances the sale of alcohol will remain at 2200
