Application for a Premises Licence - Cholsey Pavilion

To whom it may concern, take note that We, Cholsey Pavilion Trust, give notice that we have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence for Cholsey Pavilion, Station Road, Cholsey, OX10 9PT in respect of Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Making Music, Dance, Supply of alcohol, Between the hours of 0900 and 2300 Monday to Saturday, and 0900 to 2230 on Sunday, with an extension to thirty minutes past midnight on New Year's Eve.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 12th June 2013 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
