Application For Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission to demolish Finchingfield Bridge and construct a replacement bridge together with other associated works and the installation of a temporary crossing until such time as the replacement bridge is constructed. In addition, listed building consent is sought to partially demolish and re-build the boundary wall associated with The Manse, The Green, Finchingfield -
Application refs: CC/BTE/129/22 and CC/BTE/129/22/LB
The application site is located within Finchingfield Conservation Area. The Manse is a Grade II Listed Building, and the proposals may also affect the setting of a number of other listed buildings within the vicinity including, but not limited to, Bridge House (Grade II) and Brick House (Grade II).

Consultation on this application is open until 9th February 2023.
