ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Kew Road, Richmond (Reference 23/014)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Telecoms Works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Road, Richmond
2. Whilst the works take place the cycle lane in Kew road between its junctions with the Avenue and Eversfield Road shall be suspended.
3. The order will come into effect 24 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 20:00 hours on 24 January and 06:00 25 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Marlow Crescent, Twickenham (Reference 23/010)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate SuDS drainage works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Marlow Crescent, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Marlow Crescent, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 5 and 6 Wells Lane westwards for a distance of 17 meters. Access will be maintained for residents.
3. The order will come into effect 23 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times between 23 January 2023 and 27 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Chertsey Road and Marlow Crescent.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in River Lane, Petersham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in River Lane from the Junction of the A307 to its junction with Rutland Drive access will be maintained for residents
3. The order will come into effect 23 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 23 and 25 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Uxbridge Road, Hampton Hill.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Uxbridge Road from a point outside the rear of No. 1 St James's Road to its junction with Windmill Road.
3. The order will come into effect 21 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times on 21 and 22 January 2023 and 28 and 29 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Park Road, Uxbridge Road and High Street.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer repair, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in East Sheen Avenue, East Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in East Sheen Avenue from a point outside No. 53 East Sheen Avenue to a point outside No.59 East Sheen Avenue.
3. The order will come into effect 30 January 2023 The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 30 January 2023 until 26 February 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Upper Richmond Road West, Palewell Park,
Park Avenue and vice versa and via. Upper Richmond Road Wes, Gilpin Avenue, Park Avenue and vice versa
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

Temporary Road Closure St Pauls Road, Richmond (Reference 23/018)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in
St Pauls Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in St Pauls Road between its junctions with Pagoda Avenue and Stanmore Gardens.
3. The order will come into effect 31 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 31 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be available via Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond Circus, Kew Road and Pagoda Avenue.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Upper Teddington Road, Hampton Wick (Reference 23/016)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate bridge maintenance works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Upper Teddington Road, Hampton Wick.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Upper Teddington Road, from its junction with Vicarage Road, northwards for a distance of 50 metres.
3. The order will come into effect 30 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 21.00 and 05.30 each night from 21 January 2023 until 27 March 2023, with continuous closures between 24 February and 27 February 2023 and between 25 March 2023 and 27 March 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Park Road, Sandy Lane, Park Road, High Street, Kingston Road and Upper Teddington Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
